We are a group of educators dedicated to empowering people with the information they need to finance, find and purchase a home. To teach these classes, all of our instructors have been trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
NWFirstTimeBuyers provides free home buyers seminars throughout the greater Seattle area. Our workshops are extensive five hour sessions, designed to be interactive and informative, as they address every step of the loan and buying process. We also make the process fun and entertaining!
Buying a home is a complex process but the information is accessible; there is no need to be overwhelmed. We give buyers the information they will need to save time and money, and ultimately to make the process work. Whether it’s answering common questions about down payments and open houses, or providing insight into the intricacies of the real estate market, our workshops are focused on raising the expectations of new home buyers.
